I had to wait to write a review just to let everything settle in. First of all, Leo came by and explained everything so well and gave me assurance which I needed. He was quick to respond to my emails. Fast forward, Sebastian and Brandon came to seal my grout and floors. When I tell you above and beyond, I mean that. They were so kind and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10

Lastly, for those who have stains in the grout from dogs peeing, which was my issue with my new floors get the sealant because these dogs have peed and there is no stain! NONE. Highly recommend. I will be rehiring them to do my bedrooms!

I had the privilege to meet Jefferson from your company Sir Grout, who was doing a shower restoration project in my home. His professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail was excellent. Upon conclusion of the project, he took the time to introduce and educate me on the proper cleaning products for use in keeping my tile and grout in quality condition for years to come. I am very happy and satisfied with my new looking 16-year old tile. It always looked half done after I cleaned it because of the dirty grout. Everyone at Sir Grout were professional and kind. Leo was very helpful and prompt in getting my floors done in a timely manner. Jefferson, Ninoska and Tony did a great job, cleaning, coloring the grout and putting the protective sealant on it. I had a great experience with Sir Grout. The grout lines are nice and clean. It looks like we re-tiled. Leo was excellent explaining the process and his team was excellent with completion of project. Joseph, Ed and Eddie made sure that we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them!

We were admittedly a bit skeptical of whether the tiles would look as good as advertised. However, the result was amazing. The company said the tiles would look like new and they do, thanks to the great work of Josef who diligently and professionally cleaned the 15-year old tiles of our two bathrooms and also cleaned and re-grouted our kitchen backsplash. Thank you!
